1. Introduction

Welcome to Home Shelfie. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Home Shelfie mobile application ("App"), operated by Limitless Tech ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Specifically:

• The App is designed solely to help you keep track of what medications you have at home, their quantities, and their expiry dates.
• The App does not recommend, suggest, or advise you to take any medication.
• The App does not provide information about drug interactions, side effects, or contraindications.
• The App does not replace the advice of a physician, pharmacist, or any qualified healthcare professional.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking, changing, or stopping any medication.
• In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on the information displayed in the App. The medication data shown in the App is user-entered or extracted via automated scanning, and may contain errors.

3. Description of Service

Home Shelfie provides the following features:

• Scan medication packages to add them to your household inventory
• Track medication names, quantities, and expiry dates
• Receive notifications when medications are approaching their expiry date
• Share a household inventory with family members

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Parents or guardians may use the App to manage medications for their household, including for children.

5. User Accounts

When you first use the App, an anonymous account is created automatically. You may optionally link a Google or Apple account for account security.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and device
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The accuracy of the medication data you enter or confirm

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Home Shelfie offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock additional features.

6.1 Plans

• Basic Plan: Extended inventory features for individual use.
• Family Plan: Shared household features for up to 4 members.

6.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6.3 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

6.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Accuracy of Information

The App uses automated scanning (OCR and AI) to extract medication information from package photos. While we strive for accuracy:

• Scanned data may contain errors and should always be reviewed by you before saving.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any scanned or displayed information.
• You are responsible for verifying that medication details (name, dosage, expiry date) are correct.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the App to store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software in the App are owned by Limitless Tech and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

Medication data you enter belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Without limiting the above, we are not liable for:

• Any health-related decisions made based on information in the App
• Errors in medication data resulting from automated scanning
• Missed expiry notifications due to device settings, network issues, or app errors
• Loss of data due to account deletion, device loss, or service interruptions
• Actions taken by other members of your household

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at contact@limitlesstech.me.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.

16. Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement

For users who download the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms are supplemented by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
